What does POA mean where the price is displayed?
  • Price On Application.
  • Our solutions have optional extras that needs to be confirmed before we can quote an accurate price.
  • There items that we are able to supply that is not stock items. These we can only quote on once we confirmed stock and delivery times with the supplier.

Question:
What if I want to pay less for shipping?

Our website automatically calculates the shipping cost according to shipping weight (Volumetric Weight) as per the courier service rates. You may call us for a fresh quote where we will quote the prices of your items that you wish to order as well as phone up the courier service and negotiate a shipping rate for your specific parcel. You will then have to pay the quote by Internet transfer. Our banking details are on the Quotation Document that we will email or fax back to you. Once the funds reflect on our bank statement, we will immediately courier you parcel and include the original Invoice with the parcel.
We will not process Credit Card payments over the telephone.

It is not safe and secure.

Which payment options are available?

Payments by Cheque
Fabcut LLC does not except Cheque payments. We experienced too many instances of fraud by cheque payments and decided not to accept this form of payment. Should you insist payment by cheque, a waiting period is required for clearance of the funds. Shipping will only commence after funds are cleared by our bank. The bank has to verify if the cheque was stolen or not.

Internet Banking or Bank Transfers (Wire Transfers)
If you prefer paying by bank transfer (internet Banking/Wire Transfer), we will ship immediately after the funds are cleared in our bank. Usually it takes a maximum of two (2) days. Most transactions are cleared by the next day. We encourage this type of payment. We might call you to confirm the transaction for your security.

Credit Card Payments

A: Online orders
When ordering online, you can pay by MasterCard or Visa through th payment gateway.

B: Payment over the telephone
Fabcut LLC does not accept credit card payment over the telephone. This is to protect you as our customer. We do have a credit card facility inside our store and we can only process card payment when the customer is present.

Payment by cash
We prefer you depositing large sums into our bank.
